Beds and Lamps by the End of a Day

When the sun sets and the sounds of the day come to a freezing down, the lamps in the bedrooms start to enliven the nights...it's a night reminiscence from the city of Bangkok ,during a summer. The nicely decorated beds and the settings around simply brings up a sense of warmth in terms of the night apart from that of the day, more of seclusion and sensuality that sums up the essence either of a tiresome or a leisurely traveler's pursuit :
The picture in the wall, the table in between the beds carrying the lamp and the dark reds of furnishings and the floor add activity to the bedroom lights !!
The mirror in the center, the TV screen in the corner, all surrounded by the wall-lamps add color to the spirit of the night that reflects the passion surfaced by the end of a tiresome day !!

The Festival Dusk And The Bird Of Fortune In The Mythology

https://www.sreelalintheaterclassicalsof1979.wordpress.com/
By the end of the day, just before the night falls, came on the wall of the dusk, the Greater Couccal, the Bird Of Fortune, as it is denoted in the ancient scriptures of the south of India. The light was low but I tried to make some shots of it anyhow with my Canon500D in one of the farewell days of the last festival seasons here in Kerala, the southernmost part of India.
During the festivals in the temple, there was the mythological story of  Lord Krishna who had blessed his childhood friend with immense wealth and fortune by the time of a desperate visit of the friend on a period of hardships in his life!....According to the legends,it is told that the humble friend of the Lord has had the sound of this bird as the call of fortune when he had had the start of the journey to the place of the Lord...!!

The Tin Lamp on a summer night!!

the tin lamp on a summer night
the candle on the dining
Dining table on the  December night kept aloof under the snow covered roof of the month...the power supply had stopped then for an hour as usual...then I lit the candle on the table and watched the flames reflecting on the vessels around, a good view of light amidst the night!...after some moments when the candle was about to finish, I brought the kerosene lamp from the ovens to the table and sat over there...meanwhile took my Canon500D and shot them as shown ...!!
