This is a poster color study on paper that I did in my teenage in tribute to the late Indian film maker, John Abraham who had devoted his life for serious film making...his contribution to the Indian Cinema for its artistic worth and gravity has been still has a spirit of dynamism and inflammability in the aspects of semantic expression and spirituality in the Indian scenario of hardcore cinematic compositions..!

Flower Circles commemorating the arrival of the season, Spring !

Flower spread outs in close up
In the southern tip of India, the arrival of spring is commemorated traditionally by arranging flowers in layers and different patterns in the courtyard of houses.Multi-colored layers of flowers provide a pleasing effect both to the eyes and the spirit. It is done for a course of ten days and by the end of the course grand celebrations are conducted as part of the Spring festival ceremony.
The patterns laid out in each layer is a thing of curiosity....
These artistic arrangements of flowers in circular patterns represents the nature that blooms up in different colors  during the Spring season of the Southern Tip of India ...,Keralam..

" The Wild Midsummer ", a Painting wherein the Colors speak about the Seasons, Sensations and Sentiments..!!!

"THE WILD MIDSUMMER", The Painting I did in Oil on Canvas in 2011 (60x75 cms)
I did my "WILD MIDSUMMER"in 2011 as an oil painting on canvas. As the title suggests, I believe that this work deals with the seasons , the sensations aroused in human beings in tune with the seasons and the sentimental aspects that influence the human relationships at the outset of each season.
The aspects of the midsummer summarized in terms of the time and mood point towards the evening during which the heat of the sun begins to descend from the air and the spirits of human dwellings. The sweat and heat released out of the time move both the human beings and their surroundings...the red hot moment is exemplified in the form of womanhood  and its sensational back ups...( The size of this work is 60x75cms...)

The Divine Circle of Fire or the classical representation of the clear and fair vision !

The classical representation of the Divine Fire-Circle ( oil painting on canvas that I did in the last years )
This is the Divine Circle of Fire which stands for the vision clear, fair and perfect as depicted in the classical lessons of Indian legendary. This is an attempt to personify the vision in the form of a character in the classical dance drama form of Kathakali of Kerala in India.
I did this in the last years in oil on canvas as a work of art that commemorates the face-painting of the character representing the Divine Circle of Fire in a classical Play of the dance drama version of Kathakali.
